founder of LINES STUDIO and a certified BASI® Pilates teacher with a background that bridges science, movement, and mental wellbeing. I’m a member of the Pilates Verband Austria.
Before LINES STUDIO, I spent years immersed in neuroscience, earning a PhD and researching how the brain shapes our inner world and mental health. Originally from Warsaw with roots in Munich, I lived and worked across Europe before settling in Vienna. I teach in English, German, and Polish.
Movement has always been part of my life – I practiced karate from the age of nine into my mid-twenties, and later, while working in demanding roles at leading international companies, I turned to Pilates as a way to stay centered.

What began as a personal practice gradually became something more. Pilates helped me navigate the pressure and pace of high-responsibility work – offering balance, clarity, and a sense of ease I came to rely on. That experience led me to complete my comprehensive teacher training with BASI Pilates, one of the most respected and rigorous global programs, covering the full range of equipment and mat repertoire. The method spoke to both my scientific mind and my lived experience – precise, thoughtful, and deeply connected to how we move and feel.

teacher at LINES STUDIO and certified BASI® Pilates instructor with a master’s degree in taxes and accounting. I’m a member of the Pilates Verband Austria.
My passion for movement and curiosity about how the body works led me to become a BASI®-certified Pilates teacher. Movement has always been a part of my life – from gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics in my early years to Pilates, which became the perfect counterbalance to my office-based career. Pilates helps me stay grounded, centered, and connected – both physically and mentally – after a busy day.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll most likely find me traveling, taking photos, or enjoying long walks (usually with a good coffee in hand). Art, design, and travel constantly inspire how I see and experience the world.
I truly believe Pilates is for everyone – regardless of where you start. It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and helps you feel more at home in yourself.

BASI® Pilates–trained teacher at LINES STUDIO, with an Honours degree in Dance Performance and over 10 years experience in teaching dance and movement.
I was first introduced to Mat pilates as a teenager to complement my intense dance training. I discovered that it’s an excellent way to understand my body better, to recognise and accept my limitations as well as where I can develop strength and flexibility by working in a smart, clear and precise way. I love how the flow of a class and the repetition of the movements encourages you to synchronise the body, mind and breath.
Pilates has accompanied me throughout my professional dance performance career and helped me develop and maintain strength, stability, precision and control, which has been essential for such a demanding physical job.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me meeting friends, strolling through the city, or searching for great coffee. I love visiting galleries and museums — and dancing in my kitchen to funky music before ending the day with a good book.
Movement has always been such an important part of my life — dance, pilates and yoga — and it’s allowed me to connect with people from around the world. It brings me joy to be able to share my enthusiasm for movement with you.
